2.1 Photography & Videography Consent

By entering MVP Cages, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or recorded on video. Your presence in the facility constitutes automatic consent for MVP Cages to use any photos or videos taken on the premises for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member prior to your visit. However, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in media taken during general facility use.

2.2 Facility Surveillance & Security

MVP Cages is monitored by a 24/7 video surveillance system for safety, security, and operational purposes. By entering the facility, you consent to being recorded.

• Video footage may be retained and reviewed at our discretion for security, training, and legal purposes.
• We reserve the right to save and use video footage as evidence in cases of policy violations, property damage, disputes, or legal matters.
• Footage may also be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and advertisements.

2.3 Personal Information

We respect your privacy and do not sell or share personal information collected through bookings, memberships, or facility use. Any personal details provided (such as name, email, and payment information) are used strictly for operational purposes.

3. Terms of Use

3.1 Assumption of Risk

Baseball, softball, and athletic training inherently involve risks, including but not limited to:

• Being struck by a ball or bat
• Slips, falls, or equipment-related injuries
• Collisions with other individuals or objects

By using MVP Cages, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your participation. MVP Cages is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using the facility.

3.2 Facility Rules & Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe environment for all athletes, coaches, and visitors, the following rules apply:

• Helmets are required at all times when inside the cages.
• No outside food or drinks allowed, except for water bottles.
• No metal cleats inside the facility. Turf shoes or sneakers are required.
• Do not throw balls outside designated areas.
• All minors (under 18) must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or coach.
• Misuse of equipment or reckless behavior will result in removal from the facility without a refund.

3.3 No Refunds Policy

All bookings, rentals, and memberships are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for:

• Missed sessions
• Schedule changes
• Weather-related disruptions
• Personal reasons

3.4 Facility Damage & Liability

Customers are responsible for the proper use of MVP Cages equipment and property. If damages occur due to negligence, improper use, or failure to follow facility rules, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for repairs or replacement costs.

3.5 Waiver & Release of Liability

By using MVP Cages, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless MVP Cages, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions related to injuries, damages, or losses sustained in the facility.

3.6 Right to Refuse Service

MVP Cages reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates facility policies, engages in unsafe behavior, or disrupts the experience of others.

MVP Cages reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy & Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
